Exceptional
During our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Times Square, we were thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The location was fantastic, providing easy access to major attractions. Hotel is connected to a large shopping mall which is excellent since there are many dining options around plus the shopping convinience. Our room was clean, modern, and spacious, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating and can speak english very well. Definitely an experience to remember.

Lovely Spot in Seoul
Great spot in Times Square, only a 10 min walk to the nearest subway station and maybe 20 or so minutes on foot to the trendy Mullae-dong area.
It's kind of tricky to find at first! You really need to be following a map or looking for the fairly small signs pointing you towards the entrance. The top of the hotel isn't visible. Also the staff when I called to have a chair and table removed from my room were very... unhelpful the first few calls. It took them at least 3-4 back and forth calling to send someone. Otherwise everyone else was incredible - front staff, the guy who came to remove things - amazing!

Wonderful
There was a shopping mall at the basement levels with lots of eateries. There were also several good restaurants and large shopping malls nearby. Friendly staff and clean rooms!
Too far from the City Centre and with a lot of traffic during working hours, it takes almost an hour by taxi to reach the office in City Centre. Airport was 1 hour away but it is so for any other hotel in the City area. There was very limited Vegetarian or Vegan options in the breakfast but after I notified the staff, they provided me with a vegetarian cooked meal each morning for the rest of my stay.

Location
I didnt like master power went down after certain time and had to turn light on order to turn washroom light on.Everytime I turn master light all lights in the room turn on same time and either me or Hubby or kiddo woke up.
